    U14's - SNAP HIM!!

I would say that the concept of 'last week's ref' is one that doesn't deal with situations correctly or adequately. This (however you choose to deal with) needs dealing with, can't let that sort of shout go at any level. Strong public rebuke or yellow card 100% here, every time.

    New season, new league

if you have any dietary requirements, let the club know. similarly if you don't intend to stay post match let them know as well (otherwise they might get annoyed and mark you lower as a result)

    Substitution Error

I think at this point you also need to report this to the fa as an extraordinary incident. They can sort out it all out (any questions doing this reply here!). It's not an ideal situation obviously but if you're not made aware of the sub at the time, you can't do much about it. Counting players...

You're right of course, but there's something to be said for being experienced and competent to do the game in question (a big thing in the construction industry where i work). Is the course and 2 games enough experience in this case? Doesn't seem like it. Harsh reality of football refereeing

    Systems

i assume you mean post game for reporting to the FA which is done here - referees.thefa.com/#/discipline/discipline-listing/matches. i used it for the first time yesterday and it was pretty easy to follow without any guidance. if you need help though, ask away

that's fair enough on an individual level, but wont be the norm.

    Open Age Young referee threatened

Sure, but them the games will (in the vast majority of cases) simply go without refs, which isn't workable. L
