    Man U v Villa

In fairness, MO probably dissected it before making the decision.

    Arsenal vs Chelsea (Arsenal pen)

And yet you being unwilling to accept someone else has an opinion isn't part of the problem? Nice and condescending then - its an easy penalty. Have a good night.

    Arsenal vs Chelsea (Arsenal pen)

Again, just my opinion - I disagree here. Its Tierney's left heel where there is contact, a foot which is about to make contact with the ball as he dribbles with it. I hold very little by screenshots but this is clumsy defending and a definite PK for me. [0:10].

You don't see the contact on the heel?

    Arsenal vs Chelsea (Arsenal pen)

I'll be honest - and I'm aware this is not the prevailing view at the moment - I think it's a blatant penalty. Did he need to go down that theatrically? No. But there is clear contact on his left heel. Penalty for me.

    Write-On Cards

Is it meant to be a secret?

    Stoke vs Spurs

If Spurs go on to lose this, be interesting to see if that human error was 'accepted'. Looked onside to me.

    Write-On Cards

Does the FA protocol mention the use of a notebook? Also - football exists outside of England ;)

Scott Parker on you know what

Who dismissed the professional's view? It is a fact that he said he wouldn't have complained without VAR - you have said that is untrue. So he's spouting nonsense.

Scott Parker on you know what

'And if you believe that, I'll tell you another,' Scott said, a wry smile upon his face. Managers, fans, pundits did not accept refereeing errors without VAR - anyone who says they did is lying.

    Fulham v Liverpool

But I think IFAB have been fair - he attempted to pull an opponent down to stop him being one-on-one, how is that ‘unfair?’

    Fulham v Liverpool

Everything else was a consequence? So the foul continued into the box? So it’s a penalty and red card.
  13. J

    Fulham v Liverpool

What was remotely wrong about it?

    VAR question

If they think it’s DOGSO then it’s clearly under c. I don’t see how this is hard?
  15. J

    Fulham v Liverpool

I think you’d be able to make a case for it but what does the game (in domestic football anyway) expect - were there players demanding a card?

    Review select group new watch

They don’t sponsor the referees. They are the official timekeeper of the PL - the watches the officials get are incidental.

    LOTG quiz question

But its not really a debate is it - you've got a group of people saying what all the possible answers could be and no indication fo what it is. You can only have meaningful debates about decisions/fouls you've seen.

    LOTG quiz question

With all due respect, that's an absolutely ludicrous question for an RDO to set.
