Again, just my opinion - I disagree here. Its Tierney's left heel where there is contact, a foot which is about to make contact with the ball as he dribbles with it. I hold very little by screenshots but this is clumsy defending and a definite PK for me. [0:10].

I think you’d be able to make a case for it but what does the game (in domestic football anyway) expect - were there players demanding a card?

But its not really a debate is it - you've got a group of people saying what all the possible answers could be and no indication fo what it is. You can only have meaningful debates about decisions/fouls you've seen.
