    Another question

Not everyone can handle the criticism though? That is down to their personal character and that alone. But that might just be you. Others might not expect any abuse, and hate it when they get yelled at.

    Another question

Not necessarily. What if you were getting an extremely large amount of abuse on every game, players screaming at you and so on, meaning you wouldn't enjoy it.

Apparently Gary Beswick was just there watching the game, so he went down to do the 4th official role.

    Send off for banter?

But what I said was he did have the scope to punish the offence, which is true, if the referee felt like he wanted to he could've sanctioned the goalkeeper for what he did. And there may be some use of common sense, but no where near as much at grassroots football. I would say common sense is...

    Chris Foy

First time ever today that I got hit in the face. Player kicks it up, I duck, not low enough apparently as it smashes me in the side of the head. Not a little clip, a full on smack. Hurt a little to say the least, especially as it was a cold morning and my ears were frozen already. Players and...

    Send off for banter?

But in the FL is there room for a referee to use his common sense? Maybe on the local park yes, but in the Football League I would question that. I didn't say I would act, just that the referee could've acted:)

    Nike Training wear 2014...

I think they would stick with black and white. From the top link on the OP, I would say those tops that are black and white/black and black, I think those are the ones that A&H will sell, and the ones offered to referees and worn in the FL & Premier League.

    New kit help

That is a great shout actually, forgot about that. With the badges, if you were going to get any badges I would say get the FAMOA badge, but you could sew one of these on yourself.

    Nike Training wear 2014...

Maybe this helps, says new for 2014 and they have the kit up for the new season, and they've got a jacket on there too: http://www.3qsports.co.uk/Nike-Referee-Kits . But I think it would be white on top, much like the Umbro one last season

    New kit help

Apparently the quality of the A&H Kit is poor - "Got it this weekend. Feels like a t shirt and the shorts have no stretch in them at all. Not confident it would be any good in a match so sending it back!", @DanRicketts . Otherwise, the RA kit...

    Send off for banter?

I didn't notice no. But I do think there would have been a case there if he wanted to, but it depends on whether he noticed it too I suppose.
