Glad to see vanishing spray works

If that free kick had gone in I would be fuming right now being a Chelsea fan. Had that been spotted by the AR or Ref should that have been a caution?

Marco Veratti & PSG - Chelsea

Must have missed the challenge as the acado delivery inconveniently arrived in the second half. I thought he was Turkish as well. Luiz should have got a yellow. Far too many small fouls for my liking. Also, curious to whether him moving the vanishing spray could be classed as unsporting...

    Ciaran Clark tackle

Easy free kick and a caution for me.

    Embarrassing moment pre kick off....

I give my CAR's walkie talkies and connect them to my blue tooth headset. Work much better than flags in my opinion. :p

    Junior/Youth Another example of why I don't trust CAR's....

9 times out of 10 the manager will give me the flag and tell me to approach a huddled group of men, one of whom will do it after peer pressure from the others. These guys are honest and relatively useful. 1 time out of 10 the manager will point me to either an assistant coach or a parent...

    Changing room...have a laugh

So the caretaker whose not apart of the club forgot to open the door and he's let you use their one. Sounds more than reasonable to me, he didn't even have to do that.

Junior/Youth High kick and parent entering field of play

When I had racist allegations etc all I did was send in my report with which team was being racist and who said so. Then I just had to say that I didn't hear it because play was down the other end of the pitch and left my county fa to carry out the investigations

Managers trying to get in your head before the game !

Now that I think about it someone tried to influence me at the weekend. It was a parent helper telling me how the opposing coach had been to some of their games so she knew they'd be fouling her boy a lot. The reality was that whenever he had the ball the captain would shout "no foul no foul"...

Junior/Youth Less tolerant and feeling better for it.

I did an U15 for my 3rd game and it was a horrible experience and since then I'm more than happy to card any age group if its warranted. In the same game I stayed behind to allow the away team (the main shouters of abuse) to leave only to have the home manager come to me to have ago at some of...

    Junior/Youth Quarter Final

Really enjoyed the game, very good standard of football! It did mean that my positioning to begin with wasn't as good as it could have been as I'm used to teams not spreading play whereas they played like adults. Finished 3-0 to the premier team which was a shame as I had hoped for more drama...

    Childish kid

@CapnBloodbeard not sure you've got the leaving the field bit right. From my understanding one team was thrashing the other so took a player off sportingly to make the game more even. Or it was a substitution because he does say a 'team ... took one of their players off'.

    Childish kid

As soon as the 'tantrum' started with the boot throwing started I would have stopped the game (when the ball next went off) and had a word with the manager informing him that if the boy wasn't dealt with then I'd need to do something. The ice throwing is violent conduct so when it gets to that...

    What happens here?

I've watched it back and couldn't see the card colour so not sure what he did. Before I thought he'd given red. Caution for entering the field of play without permission is my thinking too. Reading a couple of the comments someone suggested a Red for DOGSO but I don't think that is technically...

    What happens here?

I'd have given a drop ball from the edge of the goal area although it sounds as if this would be wrong. Out of interest how would you report the red card?

    Junior/Youth Mini Soccer (Pass Backs)

Pass backs aren't allowed. I did a mini soccer game about a month ago and had no issues with pass backs. The only different rules from what I remember is that there are no offsides though and the one I find odd is that the opposing team must be behind the half way line for goal kicks. As...

Nothing to see here. Move on

None of the youth players shake my hand for the most part. I expect the coaches and CAR's to shake my hand but if they don't there's nothing you can do. End of the game once I've got the fee I'm out of there.

From Sky - "Worst Red Card Ever?" (No actually)

I feel sorry for the ref in that one. Didn't seem to affect him too much though as he still appears to be a football league ref. "So what happens now then? Is it a penalty, a free kick?" :p the one @3:48 is poor from the assistant

From Sky - "Worst Red Card Ever?" (No actually)

I thought yellow at first but the replay clearly shows no contact.
