For me if its a long the lines of " For f-sake ref i won the ball" i will lean towards a strong word and/or yellow. It its at me "you're a f-ing cheat, you're a f-ing disgrace" etc then only the red card is coming out.

I recently had an occurrence of a the "backpass" offence. Ball is crossed over from the wing by the attacking team, defender controls the ball with his foot and allows the GK to pick it up. I stop the game and award an IDFK, cue protests from a number of players "How is that a back pass ref"

Anyone had trouble with the Whole Game system trying to submit a discipline report, granted it has 1 SO, 3 C and a separate misconduct report for the abandonment but whenever i click submit it just gives me a spinning arrow spoke to county fa who say submit manually but don't have any forms!!!

Just to clarify; The player made the head butt gesture but was far enough away from the player for it to be testosterone fuelled bravado. Had it been close enough to another player as an act of aggression he would have been shown a red card

I have drafted out the report it would be great if someone could give it a read through before I send it

Thanks for the feedback guys, this was Open Age Most of the players thought the decision was correct and both managers shook my hand after the game and agreed also The blame for the abandonment clearly falls at the feet of a single player, even his own manager took exception to his behaviour.

tbh, I have no idea! it was a pretty obvious red card and while there was a bit of whining at the decision it all settled down by the time the game finished
