That's a good solid mark to start your 5-4 promotion season. Albeit it was a quite a few years ago and it may have now changed, 70 average is what you need for 5-4 promotion when the FA meet to discuss promotions. Although, someone may be able to correct me.

The general consensus around the office is pro-tracksuit. Easier to wash (Throw it in with your kit post-match), easier to maintain, more comfortable, the list goes on. Works out cheaper in the long run too!

Best of luck with your first few games. If you need any advice, then this forum is pretty active or join your local referee society that will meet regularly.
