Copy and pasted from the WRCFA website:
Promotion from Levels 7 to 6 and 6 to 5 shall be based on a Referee’s practical performance on the field of play and other criteria as follows:
Written assessments by FA Registered Assessors on a minimum of three games.
Club marks from competitions over...
A CFA should not use the fact a referee only does Sunday's at 7-6 OR 6-5 level since there is nothing that mentions availability on Saturday's. For 5-4 it mentions availability since the whole reason to be at Level 4 is to referee specific leagues that only operate Saturday's and midweek. A...
I think using top level junior sides as a reference is a bad idea since, for example, here Level 3's will referee the U21's of professional football, I doubt Norway has that kind of quality officials refereeing their professional U21's.
Level 9's are referees who have passed the course but not...
If I'm not mistaken, there is a national standard but some counties increase it? I'd assume you can increase to help you filter through who each CFA will nominate but you can't decrease since meeting those criteria won't necessarily mean nomination. West Riding ask for 20 middles and 10 lines.
For me the chance is still too high. Not only would you get banned from football which would possibly prevent you meeting the promotion criteria, I imagine it will severely hinder your chances of being considered for promotion, even more so in regards to nomination for Level 4.
I can write my own reports you just take it upon yourself to rewrite them on the occasions I've sent you a copy to have a quick scan through for any silly mistakes!
Oops haha, I'll rewrite it.
It's not very well written after rereading it but what I meant was if only you hear one of them, i.e you hear one of them and nobody else and several including yourself hear the other.
It begs the question, how will they weed out the current county assessors who aren't good enough to be assessing at supply league standard if there is no 7-6 and 6-5 promotions.
No I have two yellows and 2 reds so there is a separate yellow and red in my left shirt pocket. Also, my cards have never fallen out my shirt pockets. It's also where a lot of the Prem referees keep their cards (in their shorts) and I've never seen them drop them.
