I stepped in between two 15 year old players after levering them apart a couple of weeks ago who were just about to start fighting each other. The father of one of them (the one who had started all the trouble) then wanted to fight me in the car park for man-handling his son :-(
I can't believe you are saying that about a CAR. He is part of your team. I often act as CAR for my son's team and if I was spoken to like that by a 14 year old I would expect the referee to do something about it, not defend the player !
A coach get 13 month ban for pushing a ref. A player gets 10 match ban (about 2 months) for throwing a bottle at a ref. Now that's consistency for you !
I had a "qualified ref" playing last week who told me that you have to give the handball if they gain an advantage. "It's in the rules!" I said, "Come and show me after the game, prove me wrong and I will give you my match fee back." Funnily enough, I never saw him after the game ;-)

Absolutely crazy decision. How can you send the keeper off for GOGSO when the goal has been scored. He has also denied Derby a perfectly legitimate goal. Madness !
Under 14's shouldn't be using any foul language ! Also you don't have to be sworn at for it to be red. Fir instance if a player calls me a 'cheat' he is having an early shower !
