I have just been to see my local team Witham Town Fc who play in the Ryman Premier division. What level of referee/assistants will be appointed to this level of game. My assumption would be level 4 maybe? And 5 or 6 for the line ?

Enjoyment ? We are supposed to enjoy refereeing :p I have had the same thoughts I am just starting out as a referee and I am 27. However I think realistically level 3 is probably the highest that I could get to. Would be more than happy refereeing in the Ryman leagues and potentially running...

Thanks guys for the kind welcome. I fully expect the odd bit of abuse and I guess it comes with the territory (can't please everyone can you) I have been revising for a few weeks now and feel fairly comfortable with the laws of the game. Really looking forward to putting it into practice now.
