You can't apply disciplinary sanctions to a goalkeeper who commits a handball offence within his own penalty area regardless of whether it was a backpass and a (would-be) dogso or not.

Each county do individually I believe. If the FA were to do that, it would take about a week to read it all :D

@Men in Black I'm sure that everyone on here empathises with the feeling of possibly wishing to be able to retaliate. We do have a duty according to the laws of the game to ensure that we don't - it's a job (as well as a hobby) at the end of the day and match officials must be professional...

@Men in Black your luck while refereeing is more than likely because you believe all the players myths of what is an offence and what isn't ;):D
