Look 9 times out of 10 we always rely on our linos for offside and on this occasion I go with jack just because a manager has got a opinion on the day it's in the opinion of jack and if there going to argue and moan let them
Generally in a mini soccer tournament that I referee in there rules are normal mini soccer but instead of over head throwing it's rolling under arm throw
I for one believe if you allow a quick free kick in 22-18 yard you allow yourself to shoot yourself in the foot like I did when another free kick is given and then because you allow a quick one you caution another player
Right I would of allowed second but only time I would not allow a free kick is anything between 18 yard line and 22 yard anything above that is quick free kick territory unless they want it on whistle
Unfortunately I'm with @Padfoot @PP62 and others who have raised concerns I don't like sin bins at grassroots especially for lone referees keep it to the £10 and a great idea from a fellow colleague on Facebook if they keep dissenting give them a course they have to go on and if they don't go...
@Padfoot in my assisting career I have come to believe that if a referee has got something wrong in law to tell him that yes he has got something wrong in law would you after a game if you got something wrong in law and your refereeing would you like to be told in the changing rooms or would not...
Because I had heard from the captain of my team that he thought our team had a advantage and wasted it but even in this situation there was no advantage gained by our team and still he waves me down @GraemeS because you was not there I'm going to have to agree to disagree on this one
my other argument in this is you was not there so half you I can accept what you are saying but unless you was there you would understand on that this occasion I was right and that this referee was wrong now he saw my flag late and in doing so players from blue team still have possession so your...
I'm using this scenario to be in if I was neutral because If I was then it would not been an advantage it would of been given now going back to the decision as whole when the the referee did see my flag it was late blues still had possession so instead of blowing his whistle to say yes offside...
Right I'll take this into another perspective as in post and by the way I was not insisting as it sounds I was doing what I would be doing as a neutral when they don't look and you need to grab there attention which is shout to grab don't deny yes referee had right to overrule but not in the way...
