    Misapplication of Law

Although not having experienced a ‘rolling subs’ shoot out , I fail to see any issue in law. Is it not right that whilst off the pitch they are subs and whilst on it they are players? And therefore subs can’t take part , no need for change

    Ars v Tot

I’m sure many will have deduced I’m a gooner It wasn’t a corner but easily given as such by a referee. Should VAR intervention go this far? Definitely not.

    ARS vs MNU

That’s seems strange when a deliberate touch could be a header or knee etc🤷🏻‍♂️ not disputing what you say

    ARS vs MNU

Does Maguire not try to kick the ball and hence try to clear it?

    ARS vs MNU

Was Martinelli in an offside position but not committing an offside offence ? And therefore no longer offside when Maguire deliberately plays the ball.

    Brighton v Arsenal

You and others are completely misconstruing the ‘headbutt issue’ . I personally have never said it wasn’t a penalty. The referee decided it was a careless challenge. My original point was that if the incident in question reached the threshold of a careless challenge for the referee then many...

    Brighton v Arsenal

No , I may have used Wikipedia but I could have used the Oxford or Cambridge dictionary to show the meaning of a head butt, wiki popped up first on the search. If it’s a headbutt , a targeted strike with the head, change the incident to violent conduct?

    Brighton v Arsenal

headbutt or butt is a targeted strike with the head, typically involving the use of robust parts of the headbutter's cranium as the area of impact

    Brighton v Arsenal

That’s a massive leap to describe it as a headbutt and quite ridiculous for it to be seen as a targeted strike with the head! Saliba was trying to head the ball.

    Brighton v Arsenal

I’ve also just seen it for the first time and saw the Newcastle player turn and the Tottenham player running carelessly into the Newcastle player and in my opinion a penalty should have been awarded. But hey ho the ref gives what they see🤷🏻‍♂️

    Brighton v Arsenal

If that is being judged as a careless challenge and therefore a penalty then there have been many more totally ignored throughout this match in other areas of the pitch in my opinion.

Is there anywhere where these natural positions can be viewed please?

    4G/Astro

Interpretation The overall incidence of football injuries is lower on artificial turf than on grass. Based on these findings, the risk of injury can't be used as an argument against artificial turf when considering the optimal playing surface for football. Taken from The Lancet following some...

    Brighton vs Southampton

Didn’t see the game but just seen the incident on tv news. Definite offside. Would be great to know what the discussions were on field at the time between AR and Ref and then obviously why VAR took so long to decide on their recommendation.

    4G/Astro

Surprised by this advice as I thought the small rounded studs on moulded sole boots are best suited to 3G pitches (no such thing as 4g/5g according to most ) Personally I feel more comfortable and surer footed in moulded boots as opposed to Astro boots.
