    My first game

With your pre match instructions less is more. Do not talk your sef into a corner. I say look guys you have been playing long enough to know what right and whats wrong. If yu want to have a game of football thats great but if you just want to kick each other Im not going to let that happen. Work...

    ESFA National Cup -WGS

Just email your county FA to do it with all the details. Thats what I do when I do these games as it is easier to find a living stegasarous than find these teams on WGS

    Yellow Card Wearing Wedding Ring

Or say if you do not remove it you are not going to play. Im sure the player will suddenly be able to take it off when he thinks he cant be Zidane that Sunday morning.

    What did we miss!

Had a yellow for a reckless tackle which crippled the offender and had to leave the field of play.

    Call offs

Had a few call offs from the regular pitches which cant handle rain, but only one where the pitch was half under water, that Saturday before xmas. No grass games happened that weekend in my area

    Team left at half time

Kids playing with a qualified ref or kids playing with a coach or a parent. No brainer for me espeicially as a ref you will naturally be stricter to the team you have affiliation too, so all of their decisions will have to be nailed on to be given

    Liv Bri

i think this is called man city conspiracy:):):). I thought it was a bit of a rick from the ref but Liverpool won so no harm done and a good learning point of what not to do. Sunday morning there would be some very angry players letting you know what they thought about that. YNWA

    Padfoot

He did bring out the worst in some people, it was not what he said but sometimes how he said it was the issue. The threads could sometimes get very interesting and then lock down occured!

Are you putting that through ref?

I think the point is the card comes out and off we go to WGS. At youth level I think there is a reluctence to use cards not from me but I know one youth ref who has been reffing for 8 years and has never used his red.

    Going for promotion- anytips

Have you thought it is your reffing which means your games are uneventful? I say this as a compliment
