If he's not twisting mid air then I'd be inclined to agree. However, anybody twisting mid air will use their arms to generate that twisting motion and I think his arm position is justifiable.

Yes his hand is raised and there's contact but that is an entirely natural position for a player who is jumping and spinning.
I've had similar experiences in the South West. Both Ryan Cornelius and Aiden Madden are top notch referees and also thoroughly good blokes.
However, I have also lined for one of the mid season 4-3 referees this season and was far from impressed!
I've never had a 'Safeguarding for Children' qualification.
Only ever had to do the 'Safeguarding for All'.
Never had an issue refereeing adults, youth, women's or any mentoring/coaching adults & children.
If a 10 year old is calling opposition players transvestites then they need some swift education. Failing to take proper action as per the laws means that doesn't allow that to happen and guarantees that child will continue to behave that way.
