If he's not twisting mid air then I'd be inclined to agree. However, anybody twisting mid air will use their arms to generate that twisting motion and I think his arm position is justifiable.

Not a penalty for me (Utd fan) Ball comes over his shoulder and then is headed back while he's mid air and turning. Yes his hand is raised and there's contact but that is an entirely natural position for a player who is jumping and spinning.

I've never had a 'Safeguarding for Children' qualification. Only ever had to do the 'Safeguarding for All'. Never had an issue refereeing adults, youth, women's or any mentoring/coaching adults & children.
