When I blow for a retake it's usually a double blow & for for time it's a triple blow.

At the end of a penalty shootout I usually blow as if I was blowing for full time.

Not watching that match so can't commitment on the other bits but afaik that a player receiving treatment can only stay on if the treatment is completed whist the opponent is being cautioned or sent off

When the email for registration was sent out by my RDO it said that you only needed a crb if you were doing any youth football but wouldn't need to have one if you were doing adult football only.

In England the suspension doesn't start until 14 days after the match, so if there's a rc in the first match the player is able to take part in the second. But if it was vc I might be having a word with someone from that players team to suggest he doesn't play as he might be targeted.
