No nothing else you could do and even if you did go in the dressing room (not advisable for any match) it could be full of people but only the 6 are eligible to play.
Just watched it on motd2 wasn't offside as kos kicked the ball & chamberlain kicked him. Also not handball as it bounces up and hits his hands goal stands.
Not watching that match so can't commitment on the other bits but afaik that a player receiving treatment can only stay on if the treatment is completed whist the opponent is being cautioned or sent off
When the email for registration was sent out by my RDO it said that you only needed a crb if you were doing any youth football but wouldn't need to have one if you were doing adult football only.
Unless they changed their policy you won't be able to get one from Lincs FA as they only give them out for county cup finals or FA games.

In England the suspension doesn't start until 14 days after the match, so if there's a rc in the first match the player is able to take part in the second.
But if it was vc I might be having a word with someone from that players team to suggest he doesn't play as he might be targeted.
