To anyone who got their L4 today (this monting 22-05-25) - well done and as they say the hard work starts now and for those who missed out go again and don't give up.. I guess the full list will be released soon.

All I will say is don't beat yourself up over it. They knew what they were doing, constantly calling for arms etc - never in a disrepectful way.. Just persistant.. Hold your head up and move on...

AT a guess it is Matchday the app that is being referred to. It allows teams to input the data from a game and have it synced with Full-Time. e.g. goal scorers - referee's name etc.

As above contact your Referee Development Officer from your county. Their contact details should be on the relevant county FA page. As some counties may have different criteria - e.g. like attending training etc.

For me, watching on TV, the issue I had was with the Arsenal kit - the numners were not visiable unless they used the pitchside "zoomed" in cameras (White shirts and white numbering)

One thing to remember on the Mid-Season promotions - that "half-year" is your "freebe" so you need to get to speed quickly..

WHy not just merge it all into MOAS - that was meant to be rolled out to all leagues etc...

I'm flag waving at the game OnlyUseMeWhistle has mentoned. We have also today recieved the pre-match safety notes which makes it all a lot more "formal".. You probably have the easiest job of us all standing between the benches with all the security personal.. ;) (See you Sunday mate)...

It's the same with referee's under 18 - they show as Young Referee.

Me I use Ervocom buzzer flags and have some "classic" Touchline wodden flags for other games

What it has done now is to filter out the officials who do not want to develop. I would have preferred a higher weighting on Club marks, but with the CPD and law "checks" - the onus is on the official to do them as relying on observer marks now won't be enough to "maintain" or get promoted...

But the expectation when you make L4 is to have Buzzer flags and they are between £350-£800 for a set (depending on brand and flag quantity). So £100 for a comms kit is a lot cheaper..
