im starting to think that us Essex boys 'reem' look doesn't end on the streets and continues onto the football pitch
but you also have to take into account all of the other officials on the top leagues ... I officiate often on the Essex Senior League, arguably the best league in Essex to officiate on ... this season I have been given the AR Final on the Essex Sunday Junior Trophy ... I haven't done 1 game on...
I personally like the suited and booted look - would I rather wear a smart tracksuit? yes - but that's mainly for after the game! hate getting changed back into the whistle!
I'd wear a blazer @Bennn - finished it all off, the only time I wouldn't worry is if you have an FAMOA jacket/coat
@Russell Jones ... listen pal - you was the ref, you did as you see fit, you know what you should have done - where is the issue? Maybe you should have cautioned him, and then said - 'by the way fella, that nose stud needs removing - ill call you back on when my AR is happy with it' - although...
