I’d say only ask for it before if the league has a requirement that that is the case. Otherwise as others have said it won’t look great. Afterwards, just a gentle reminder if they don’t pay you within a few minutes (which they nearly always will!). If they still don’t pay just go home and report...
I've only given 2 reds while in the middle - the first was U13. If they are needed, they should be given. Players know what they are doing and should be punished accordingly otherwise they will do it again.
Fulham 2-2 Crystal Palace (3)
Brighton 1-2 Nottingham Forest (4)
PSV Eindhoven 1-1 Ajax (1)
Preston 0-3 Aston Villa (5)
Bournemouth 1-2 Man City (2)
Bonus:
Doubling down on Villa (the only time I want them to do me a favour!)
And therefore... Ollie Watkins

Actually worked with someone who did this about a month ago on a Step 8 equivalent game (yes I know that's not technically a thing!!). He was explicitly told by his MDC not to use it and did anyway! It was quite funny though I'll admit that.
The only reason I decided to listen to my AR is as he was directly facing the challenge and in line with it. In hindsight I really should have cautioned for it!
Thank you for that feedback. My MDC said the same so I know I could manage it better, and will do next time. Not had a situation like that before and it was my first OA middle so it was one of those where I sort of had to just try my best to get it right. It’ll come with experience I’m sure!
Main potential incidents of note (and/or where I could do with some thoughts!):
From 34:56: bottled caution - didn't think it was SPA at the time then realised I should have cautioned - ARs in agreement
From 1:04:09: Violent conduct resulting in a red card and a caution for the other involved...
One thing I noticed watching this back was I have a tendency to either be too close to play or way too far away like a right plonker! That was given as my focus for development by my match day coach anyway so is something I’m working on!
I’d say email the club and ask. I doubt they have to give it to you but I don’t see why they wouldn’t. My latest game went on YouTube so I didn’t have to ask but I wasn’t exactly thrilled 😂
