I'm not sure your average punter is interested in this level of tactical insight either.Oh, aye, and I'm moving to America to watch the Hydration Break Commercials
Anything to get away from the hi-tech in-depth insight on offer on ITV. I lost momentum during this 3 minute break and needed another refresher from the bar to get going again

Yes and a serious faux Pas on the set...The hydration breaks are there as some games needed them/will need them and to make each game the same they kept them. As for ITV's budget at least they could have brought different coloured chalk's.. Nothing like the SKY iPad etc we are used to...
There are five in stadium officials at each game, the ‘extra’ one being the Reserve AR, which makes complete sense given how long it’s probably been since any of the 4th officials actually ran the line!I think the biggest talking point was the number of 4O's
5O definitely, but I think there may also have been a 6O
Well, I thought it was a talking point but I was left standing on my own in a crowded pub
Even them reaching the semi-final might be problematic for him. And Letexier was good in his game too, French refereeing seems to be in a good place at the moment.Even Mrs L said how good the referee was. Great start. His problem now is if the French make the final
Doesn't really stop us discussing it, as with everything on social media a perfectly innocent thing gets turned into something it really wasn't.Actually, that Emma Hayes thing has become a very misogynistic Social Media meme, so we best not discuss it too much
I posted it just because I thought it was an amateurish bit of punditry. Not for any other reason
If you're talking about Emma Hayes, she's on ITV, not BBC.I don’t think the BBC have helped that situation with their choice of setting for her piece.
I can’t believe nobody thought it was a bad idea.
I stand corrected. ITV. It’s a real shame because she provides some excellent insight, and it shouldn’t matter what the setting is, but we know what internet trolls are like, and the meme’s could have been avoided if one of the production team used some common sense. If you're talking about Emma Hayes, she's on ITV, not BBC.
