Don't know if people heard this earlier, but Graham Scott was interviewed on talkSPORT this afternoon. Always thought he'd be an interesting case once he left PGMOL as he has a background in journalism and was always likely to say what he thought, and that comes through here.

His response to being a VAR sounds like what a load of the old guard referees have said in the past and that is they don't enjoy being a VAR and I for one don't blame them.

We see some of the current crop don't act as VAR's like Taylor and Barrott so I'm surprised Scott agreed to keep being used as a VAR if he really did not enjoy being one.

As a fellow journalist in my day job I hope I don't leave refereeing and immediately start throwing colleagues under the bus as others do
