I am preparing for a LOTG assessment. How do we best go about this? Specificaly, what resources are there to TEST your knowledge to an advanced level/are there any mock assessments online/any resources you recommend?

There used to be a really good website, that is no longer updated, which of course is no help.
In terms of current resources Dutch Referee Blog does a "weekly" quiz. You can acess the historic quizzes via his website.
The other resource is within the IFAB app.
Firstly, learn the laws. Perhaps read 1 or 2 laws a day, over and over until you get to a level of understanding them and the quirks with different aspects of law.
On top of that there is a q&a section. Which has common, and Aldo unusual scenarios. Again you can work through these law by law using the filter option.
It might also be worth reaching out to your RDO and seeing if he has any resources.
There is the football rules website as well which aims to simplify the laws but also has some q&a within each section which might be helpful in consolidating law knowledge.
Testing is useful to identify gaps in knowledge but is not a substitute for the knowing and understanding the LOTG which should be your primary focus.
