I always take:
1 whistle (I will start taking 2 as soon as my new one arrives)
At least 1 pair of flags
2 watches
2 coins
2 sets of cards
Notebook, pen etc
I wear my kit under a tracksuit for easy pitch-side changing
Boots
Trainers (sometimes sliders for the car)
Snacks, drinks etc
I have a spare CFA badge as well so I put that in my bag because why not!
