Thanks for that. The problem I have is keeping going! I'm fit enough I know that but it's getting in the right frame of mind when training alone to keep going.- whitehartref

Promotion to 4 or stick at 5??
Seriously thinking about applying for promotion back to level 4. I have been off Level 4 for three years after coming off due to starting my new business and didn't feel I could commit fully to it. I was on previously for 6 years. My main concern is the fitness test ( as usual! ) I'm now...- whitehartref

Refscall flags
Refscall Flags were sold by Official Sports UK but they stopped trading in 2011. Shame as I've got a set which are now 10 years old and still working! You can still get them from Official Sports in the US for around $200. They will send them over as I bought a padded case for mine a few years ago- whitehartref
