Pretty sure that a level 4 can centre on Thurlow nunn and be an assistant on isthmian league north (I think) so that’ll be teams like Gorleston and Wroxham. As you get more into Suffolk you have teams like bury, Ipswich wanderers, milldenhall and Felixstowe.

Maybe start with just doing 1 game a week and see how you feel then, if you still feel exhausted take a few weeks off and come back stronger.

Don’t even think or worry about a hearing. In till your told there is one. Likely you will be asked for a statement and that will be the end of it from you side. I know my CFA try to avoid u18 referees attending hearing and collect a statement instead that is read out
