I’m a huge fan of the Fox 40 Classic. It’s my primary whistle. I picked up a blast as I had heard good things plus it gives you another dynamic for when you need a loud, authoritative whistle. I hope that makes sense

From what I’ve heard his performance was blasted by the Wednesday fans. Sorry, I had to get it in there somehow!😅

I plan on getting a Valkeen somewhere down the line. I doubt it’s necessary for grassroots and my level right now. Sourcing one is half the battle these days

I’m a fan of the tone. The loudness will take a bit of getting used to but as @BrumRef said must be good at mass cons!

Does anyone else use the Fox 40 Sonik Blast. Just bought one and it is painfully loud. What are other peoples experiences with this whistle, positive or negative?

Anyone who objects to a red card here shouldn’t be allowed an opinion on the football ever again. A horrible “tackle”. The dissent afterwords has to be taken more seriously than it was, it’s the type of behaviour we don’t need in football anymore.

I wasn’t the referee for this particular game, but towards the end of the game the away side were losing 1-0 and thought they were hard done to by the referee. A few minutes later a coach had a go at him. The coach shouted something along the lines of “are you doing them a home job here”...

That must have been awkward lol. Personally i keep a wallet in my top left pocket with the cards out of the wallet but still in the pocket (for second cautions). Red in my top right, and yellow in the shorts right pocket. I was going to start putting the red into left shorts and take the yellow...

Hi. Does anyone on here know where or how you can get some fifa official referee gear. Cards, coin etc. The same as the UEFA referees use.

It’s absolutely not “all by the book”. The referee shows the goalkeeper a second yellow card (I’d imagine for coming off his line or dissent) which is a catastrophic error. Cautions that occur in 90 minutes plus extra time are not carried onto kicks from the penalty mark.
