I thought it was a definite pen. Should have been a red card, dogso, made no attempt to play the ball.

The ref wasn't watching the keeper anyway...

On the close up you could clearly see he had touched the ball, the ref didn't seem to wait for that replay and gave penalty on the first slow mo!

I thought the decision for allowing England's goal was interesting. The quick free kick, was clearly not where the foul was committed. But if there was a VAR check, it only seemed to be whether the ball was moving or not. Any thoughts?
