In my opinion it was about as clear an act of simulation as you could ever wish to see. To not punish it was poor and led directly to the pen being awarded.
You're right he did bounce straight back up but I think this was because he knew how bad the dive was.

As a one day thing, to me 6 weetabix seems mad! mix in some fruit? could swap out white bread for any number of things over lunch...what you have for tea can change everything!
