    MUN v NFO

No, you don't, because it's not a handball offence. We shouldn't be perpetuating misunderstandings in Law just because "the game expects it".

    MUN v NFO

They changed the LotG a few years ago so that something like this would be disallowed because it accidentally hit an attacker's arm in the build-up to the goal, and everyone complained. So they changed the Laws, now they're complaining here too. Football's two-facedness is laughable. (not having...

    CFA registration fees

£10 extra per season is not a big jump. Even more so when you take into account that the registration fee has remained static for over 20 years. Using the Bank of England's inflation calculator, £20 in 2006 would be over £35 now.

    CFA registration fees

In the last 10 years, the fee on our county league has increased from £15+mileage to £35+mileage, and U14-U16 has increased from £15 to £35. If you were getting £35 for youth matches 7 years ago, that was certainly ahead of what the youth league fees were here.

    MOT vs CEL

It hits the defender's hand, but it's not a handball offence. Not deliberate, and hasn't made him unnaturally bigger. I think the push from behind on the attacker looks like a foul though.

    Fellow referee misconduct

If the offence was committed whilst participating as a team official rather than a match official, then it would be treated the same as any other coach would get - a suspension until that team have completed X number of matches. All suspensions by default include officiating, so no refereeing...

City v Brentford. DOGSO and 2 reds?

Doesn't look like a foul to me - it looks like the attacker's foot clips the back of his own leg, and the "push" certainly hasn't caused the fall. Not a red for the "punch" either IMO - not enough force to deem it violent conduct for me. If it was contact to the head it would be a red as the...

    Everton v Manchester City

"Any" touch by a defender doesn't automatically mean an attacker in an offside position can't then commit an offside offence.

Player calls an Irish opponent 'Paddy'

Nationality is indeed included under race in the protected characteristics in the Equality Act, as well as been explicitly mentioned in FA Rules E3.2 and E4. If you believe that the player meant it as an insult, or the opponent has been insulted/offended by it (even if it wasn't intended to be...

Man United Vs Leeds - Hair Pulling

I think any hair pulling incident is going to be deliberate - I can't see how someone can accidentally pull someone's hair. If you attempt to pull their shirt, for example, but grab their hair - you have still deliberately pulled them by the hair. It doesn't need to be sustained, it just has to...

Man United Vs Leeds - Hair Pulling

    Negligible force, IMO.

    Nottingham Forest v Aston Villa

With the benefit of a still frame, it looks offside to me. Assuming that's the AR's flag we can just see on the left edge of the picture, the AR looks like they are at least two yards deeper than they should be, which would have made the attacker look even further offside (if indeed he was offside).
