      Yes there is a fitness text for all 3w's the criteria to meet is the same as L4 mens, there is a slight increase in the sprint timings...

      This is for 4-3 and 3-2. L4s are ranked by their county and then the fa select from that ranking list

      I too use Ervocom flags. There is some cheaper ones on the market - depends on what your looking for and also your budget.
