Difficult decision to make for the referee . He's jumped with his elbow but the key point is he hasnt thrown it. I was looking for movement of the elbow but there wasnt any. I would have given only a freekick with a strong word to Lee to keep his elbows down next time.
the biggest problem with that clip is the time it took the referee to stop the game clearly a head injury, free kick and a bollocking for cattermole for the way he spoke to the injured player
one the first one, I would have stopped play for an accidental head knock, re-start with a drop ball, no cautions same for second one. I think in the second one the referee only reacted with the card once he saw the blood
