The 3rd Team - Mark Clattenburg to leave Premier League with immediate effect

English referee Mark Clattenburg has decided to leave the English Premier League to take new duties in Saudi Arabia. The 41-year old Elite official who has taken charge of the Champions League final, EURO 2016 final and FA Cup final in 2016, will take the role Howard Webb has previously fulfilled in Saudi Arabia's football association.
