I do know that thanks very much, i thought as much, just checking I was correctA spectator is considered an outside agent.
You stop play and restart with a dropped ball. Unless the ball was goes into the goal and it would have gone in anyway without the spectator touching it, in which case you award the goal.
I trust you know dropped ball is no longer contested.
