Sanction for drinking alcohol on field

This story made me wonder what would happen in football if this was repeated.

I do remember one clip where a player celebrating a goal caught a beer and had a mouthful. From memory there was no action taken.

Sanction for during the game where there is no stoppage?

Sanction for during the game during a stoppage?

The only way I can see any sanction would be a caution for goal celebration of done after a goal but am stretching....
You dont know the Contents for all you know its bud zero (other zero alcohol brands available.)

Other than that, what law is contravened?

In summary, no sanction.

Ban Sunday league first…

This is one for leagues, and FAs/sanctioning bodies to deal with.

This context may be relevant. As far as I know all local governments ban drinking of alcohol in football parks here. Many competition rules also specifically ban the same Clubs or entire teams are sanctioned if they do so, even after the game.

Further context "The Northern Territory (NT) has the highest levels of alcohol consumption and harms in Australia. Since the creation of the NT Liquor Act 1978, which came into effect in 1979, numerous legislated alcohol policies have been introduced to attempt to address these harms."
