I think they send email out to inform you regarding you promotion. If you don’t hear it, that mean you were not successful this year

Yes, all email now. In the old days a letter with the FA logo on the envelope could only mean 1 of 3 things: you'd been promoted, demoted, or charged / suspended, and you almost certainly knew which one before you opened it (I had 2 of the 3, and just a few days apart )

Looking back to last year, it looks like the email with merit table position and confirmation you were at the same level for next season came out on the same day as the promotion emails. That was at level 3. As the FA has moved to club marks on MOAS for all Supply Leagues this season, I guess you may get an email at level 4, just a different one, if not promoted
