Hello fellow refs, I am just filling out my Pre-course Activity Pack and I’ve got some difficult questions, I was wondering if you guys could help me understand?

I can see the bracelets and the head bands but otherwise I’m stuck!

Nothing wrong with a head band, providing it is safe.

Read law 4 and it will become more obvious.

Yes, sock is red but with a lot of white tape.

Good luck enforcing the ring rule in the Pub leagues.... I'd of thought long finger nails are far far more dangerous than a flat wedding band covered in tape!!
