Possibly, middle of the goal area, blue player has a hold on red player.
Nevermind, I think he's called for handball.
I think it was for handball but I can't see it and for the ref to give it in those circumstances he must have been absolutely sure.
He must have been sure to give a penalty in any circumstances, irregardless of time. And judging by his body language and the speed with which he made the decision, I think he was.

Yeah it looked to me to be more of a foul by red than blue.
