Open Age Open Age 5-A-Side

So, the Lincolnshire FA rang me up and offered me two 5-A-Side fixtures every Tuesday evening, I accepted the offer, but my only worry is that it's open age... Honestly, I am a bit worried, and was just looking for any tips that any one has while reffing open age football? Even though I am worried it should be some good experience!

Don't take your self too seriously, try an have some banter with them, I did some adult 5 a side games a couple of months ago and did my first game really seriously and ended up having the piss taken out of me, put some banter into the rest of my games and had no problems

Agree with Ryan try to let the players enjoy themselves too. But be prepared to take action when it's needed. There will probably be one team that take it really seriously you'll need to work a bit harder to carry them with you.
The biggest thing you'll need is to be 100% certain of the comp rules.
