I completed my course this weekend, how long does it usually take for it to reflect in whole game, and when will I get my referee number?

Also, should I be refereeing until I get this?

Depends on your County FA how quickly you get everything in place, usually a few days.
You can express interest in refereeing for one or more leagues, but won't be appointed until they get your number.
