He seems to suggest leaving the TA, and then remonstrating with or confronting a match official will only be a caution? That's either a poorly worded part of the article, or a very poor choice of words from MR.

Seems to be a very strange appointment given what happened in England. Hope they aren't planning on implementing VAR ...
