Due to the poor quality of the video, have to watch a few times....
Top left:
Both on each other. Can argue a case for a foul by Haaland prior to them both falling. Not saying Haaland was grabbed either by the way. Just that no one is a saint there.
Top right:
Nothing in that at all from that very small edit.
City player on the floor. Just because he is on the floor, does that mean the Chelsea player is not entitled to go for it? He's kicked the ball. No intention whatsoever on the "follow through".
Bottom left:
Like top right, need more.
Both players just running alongside of each other and fall over.
Bottom right:
If you're giving a penalty for that handball then you're giving a penalty for every slight touch of the hand.
Crowded space and player has no chance to avoid the ball. Natural position too.

Initially I thought no way handball and ref couldn’t give it but think VAR should have given the little flick when it gets to his hand. He knows what he’s doing and flicks it away from dropping at city players feet. The other 3 are nothing.
