With new FA refereeing strategy being published, there’s also been talk of introducing a direct AR route from Level 5 going forward, as opposed to the route now which is after 3 seasons at level 4 (correct me if I’m wrong). Not sure wether this would be a good thing, but ideal for people who enjoy being AR.
