7-6 Assessment

Evening all,

Been reffing for a few years now but got my first 7-6 observation tomorrow.

May sound like a silly question, but would I get pulled up for substitution procedure? Match is 7 out 7 rolling subs. I always make sure player entering field waits until player leaves the field, also making a note of numbers on and off. Just wondering if there’s anything else I should ‘clean up’ on the day with regards to subs.

Remember it isn't an observation, rather you are being watched by a coach. Have a look at the competencies he is coaching you on, that should tell you exactly what will be expected of you.

Just make a conscious effort to go over to where they coming on
Oh and make sure both teams are on the same side
