Yellow/Red cards

Hi, after xmas i am moving onto 11 a side, i have reffed a couple, but not handed out any cautions, and seems i will be reffing alot more 11 a side i think i might be handing out more cards and i have a couple of questions about it ?

Is all i need to do is fill out one of the multi-caution forms for all the yellow cards and send it to my County FA ?
And do i need to let my league know at all about the caution/sending offs

For cautions, yes, use the multi caution report form. Once you've submitted them to the relevant county fa, then your worries are over. You don't need to inform the league

Agreed - However, if you caution the same player twice, you don't use the multi caution report form, you need to use the 'Standard Misconduct Form' and explain the reasons for the dismisall was for a second YC
