Definitely a foul, but I don't think it is something that VAR should have been getting involved in. It put Tom Bramall under a lot of pressure as there were two potential fouls in the build up to Wolves second goal and VAR didn't recommend a review for those. He also spent a long time looking at the screen, which normally suggests that he was conflicted about changing his decision and probably felt pressured to accept the recommendation.
Right outcome reached ultimately, although I’m surprised it met the bar for intervention. He did spend quite a while looking at it. Unrelated, but I almost feel sorry for him because he’s been at Molineux twice this season and he’s been under a lot of pressure regarding VAR both times! He had another good game today.
I’ll be in the minority, but I’m struggling to see a foul especially a ‘C&O’ one. Looks like the defender fouls attacker, as much as attacker fouls defender.
Defender tries to step in front of attacker to buy a soft one. This is not what VAR is for
