Subsitute stops goal

Just thought up this senario:

If the ball is just about to go into over the goal line and it is prevented from doing so by a substitute by a hand ball or from him blocking it from crossing the line with his foot.

What is the correct procedure from that point?

Currently IDFK and caution for the sub/substituted player. The law will change for 2016/17 and it will be a DFK/Penalty

I am also assuming the sub is from the defending team?

If the substitute handles it - indirect free kick from the edge of the goal area plus red card. If the sub uses his foot - indirect free kick from the edge of the goal area plus yellow card.

if the substitute is stopping the ball crossing the goal line for a goal it's dogso red and an idfk from the edge of the 6 yard area in line with the goal line where the offence was committed.
