Signal Bip or Refstech buzzer flags?

I'm in the market for some buzzer flags and have found two types that I'm interested in.

The SignalBip or the Refstech.

The Refstech ones are quite a bit cheaper but the SignalBip are rechargeable which is a big bonus.

Has anyone had experience with either of these flags? Any feedback for them at all? I want to do as much research as possible before dropping a lot of money on these.
