Check the league rules - our youth league (CDJFL) has a rule that states that if there is no league assigned referee and/or other assigned referee (e.g. the home team has a club ref they use), then if there is a qualified official from (first) the home team or (second) the away team, they must referee the match. Not sure how that works if you are manager and don't have any coaches with you?

One thing to be aware of. If you are suspended by the County FA when acting as manager, you may also be suspended as a referee.:poop:

Additionally, if you are trying for promotion any issue with your conduct as a manager could be looked at by the promotion panel.

As a Referee , you should become a perfect respectful Manager and not say a bad word about any fellow referees during or after games !
