Refefree performance - newbie question

Hi all, new referee here, I heard after every match, both home and away manager rate the referees and provide scores out of 100. I wonder whether referee gets chance to see this score as I have done a few recently. And if so, how do one see it?

Not really.
Until L3 and above.

You might be able to ask BUT they will probably only provide an average and not what each team gave
 
Generally you will get an average at the end of each season, and potentially you position on that league's merit table. I know one referee who gets annoyed if he isn't bottom, as he can't understand how other referees have managed to annoy clubs more than he does :)
 
Some RDO's will send out your marks monthly/quarterly but i wouldnt worry too much about it
