Quick one guys

I abandoned a youth game in the 2nd half today after an injury to a serious injury to a player.

I have already fired off an email to the ref secretary with the circumstances, scoreline etc.

do I need to send off anything to the FA? if so how? the Whole game system seems to only cater for an extraordinary reports under misconduct abut there was NO misconduct in this game.

Be aware that some leagues require you to use the word 'suspend' in your reports and not the word 'abandon' as administratively they are handled differently.

If that's the case they would ask you to submit another report.

Assuming the OP is in England. Abandon is the correct term to use.

On whole game there should be check box for if the game was abandoned.

It’s been a while since I abandoned a game but I think then gives you the option of reporting the reason it was abandoned.

I had one once with a suspected head/neck injury so we could t move the player and the ambulance was flinging to be over an hour and a half.
