I submitted the report yesterday with an ER detailing the discriminatory language used, and I have already been contacted by the relevant people, so I won’t say anything else on the thread now as the investigation is now underway and I don’t want to jeopardise or interfere with anything. No, dealt with by the same CFA discipline department. The exception is for very serious cases, they are now often passed directly to the FA to deal with.Don't know how this is dealt with in England but do ERs go to a higher disciplinary committee?
